The first type floats on the water, the second type sinks very slowly and the third type floats in the water. The fishing line that is used along with the flies is very important, too. The fly fishing line has been designed in different ways for different environments. This means that the fresh water line differs from the salt water line. In addition, people may discover that the diameter of the line is also different from one type of fly line to another. In the majority of the cases, this fishing line is composed of monofilament or of fluorocarbon.
